Welcome to the Secret Scent online shop. Please take some time to read the following conditions applicable to the use and enjoyment of products and services provided on the site.

The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, govern the use of the Secret Scent online shop and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of NSW. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

CAPACITY TO CONTRACT

Orders can only be placed with the Secret Scent online shop by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.

SHIPPING

To discuss shipping to a country not listed here please email us at sales@secretscent.com.au. Secret Scent is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Secret Scent ships parcels via Australia Post.

Orders within Australia will be delivered in 4 - 7 working days from the time you are advised that your order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise (some remote locations may take up to 10 working days). During peak trading times (e.g. May, November & December), most Australian orders will be delivered within 6–10 working days. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 2 weeks.
Secret Scent cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items sent through Australia Post. 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Secret Scent. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Secret Scent reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

PAYMENT

Secret Scent is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Secret Scent may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers must be used before their expiry date, otherwise they are invalid. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced/refunded if lost or stolen.

PURPOSE OF GOODS

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to Secret Scent via their contact details here.

CONCLUSION OF TRANSACTION

The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handled over to the designated carrier.

RETURNS POLICY

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose.

We hope that you love everything you order from the Secret Scent online shop. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened and used skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (generally allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product’s use).

Should you be less than happy with anything else you’ve ordered from the Secret Scent online shop, please return it within 28 days of purchase, unopened and with your original receipt, and we will be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.

Please note: When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

All refunds are credited to the original pay method (no cash refunds).

IMPORTANT: Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend REGISTERED POST BY AUSTRALIA POST). Include a copy of your invoice and please let us know the reason for return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
