how to use essential oils
oil burner
Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the water and light the candle.
Replenish the essential oils after 3 hours
massage
Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10mls of base oil or cream.
bath
Add 6 drops of essential oil to a full bath with disperser or milk and agitate.
shower
Add 4 drops of essential oil in the corner of the shower and inhale.
inhalation
Add 4 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapour.
tissue / aroma cushion
Add 3-4 drops of essential oil to use in pillow at night or to carry around with you.
facial compress
Add 5 drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water and agitate. Use a soft facial cloth and compress the skin with aromatic water.
